Welcome to Go City Adventures! By booking a tour, activity, or travel package with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

  1. Booking & Payment
    • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
    • Full or partial payment (as specified) is required to secure your booking.
    • Prices are quoted in INR and may vary based on exchange rates, seasonal demand, or supplier changes.
  2. Cancellations & Refunds
    • Cancellation policies vary by tour and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
    • Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days.
    • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of payment.
  3. Changes & Modifications
    • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
    • Guests may request changes, subject to availability and any applicable additional costs.
  4. Travel Documents & Responsibility
    • Guests are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel insurance.
    • Go City Adventures is not liable for denied entry, missed flights, or other disruptions due to incomplete documentation.
  5. Health & Safety
    • Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
    • Participation in tours is at your own risk. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical emergencies and trip cancellations.
  6. Liability
    • While we work only with trusted partners, Go City Adventures is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during third-party services.
    • Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service, unless otherwise required by law.
  7. Guest Conduct
    • We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to staff, fellow travelers, or local communities.
  8. Intellectual Property
    • All content on our website—including text, images, and branding—is the property of Go City Adventures and may not be used without written permission.
  9. Governing Law
    • These terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
