Cancellation/Return & Refund Policy

At Go City Adventures, we understand that travel plans can change. Our policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with the realities of operating unforgettable tours across diverse destinations.
🔄 Cancellation by Guest
Cancellation fees are based on the number of days prior to departure:
- Fees apply to the net tour price per person, excluding taxes and non-refundable components.
- Refund eligibility may vary based on supplier terms (e.g., flights, hotels, permits).
⚠️ Important Note
Cancellation and refund terms are not fixed and may change at any time.
Each tour and destination may have its own cancellation policy, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
🚫 Cancellation by Go City Adventures
In rare cases of weather disruptions, safety concerns, or operational issues:
- We may cancel or modify a tour.
- Guests will be offered a full refund, reschedule, or alternative experience of equal value.
💳 Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Transaction fees or currency conversion charges are non-refundable.
📩 How to Request a Refund
Please email us at reservations@gocityadventures.in with:
- Your booking reference number
- Reason for cancellation
- Preferred resolution (refund, reschedule, etc.)
Note:
- Requests received after 3:00 PM will be considered on the next working day.
- Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays are non-working days at Go City Adventures.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
- No-shows or missed departures
- Services marked as non-refundable at the time of booking
- Custom itineraries with non-refundable components (e.g., chartered transport, special permits)
